01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shunya-Labs's sports analytics platform, including our Event Tagging, Skeletal Tracking, and Tactical Segmentation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

02 Service Description

Shunya-Labs provides AI-powered sports intelligence solutions including:

• Event Tagging: Real-time processing of match footage to generate millisecond-accurate event logs for passes, shots, tackles, and other game events.
• Skeletal Tracking: 29-point skeletal estimation at 60fps for biomechanical analysis without wearable sensors.
• Tactical Segmentation: Automated formation recognition, pressing intensity heatmaps, and geometric analysis.

03 User Responsibilities

• You must have proper rights and permissions to upload and process video footage.
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals appearing in video content.
• You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms.
• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

04 Intellectual Property

All Shunya-Labs technology, including our AI models, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded content; however, you grant us a license to process your data for service delivery and AI model improvement.

05 Data Processing

By using our services, you consent to the processing of uploaded video footage for analytics purposes. Skeletal tracking data is anonymized and may be used to train and improve our AI models. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling.

06 Limitation of Liability

Shunya-Labs provides analytics insights based on AI processing. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% precision in event detection or biomechanical measurements. Our services are for informational purposes and should not replace professional judgment in player health or safety decisions.

07 Service Availability

We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates will be communicated in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
